In the Fall of 1993 FNT was established, in May 1994 FNT was officially registered with the Georgia Secretary of State, and in October 1995, the United States Department of Treasury awarded FNT its Tax Exempt Status as a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Organization.
In March 1996, the United States Office of Personnel and Management (OPM) approved FNT to participate in the Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) Program.
In July 1999, the United States Department of Treasury awarded FNT, Permanent 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Organization Status. All contribution to FNT are tax-deductible.
